Disclaimer
What this site is, what it is not, and what nobody working in search can honestly promise you.
No guarantee of rankings or traffic
Search rankings are decided by Google and other search engines, using systems that are not published, not stable, and not under the control of EliteITBD or anyone else. Nothing on this site, and nothing said in the course of an engagement, is a promise of a particular ranking, a particular amount of traffic, a particular revenue figure, or recovery within a particular timeframe.
Core update recovery in particular depends on when search engines next reassess a site, which is outside anyone’s control. Any SEO provider who guarantees a ranking position is either misinformed or being dishonest with you.
Results described here are not a prediction of yours
Where past work is described on this site, it describes what happened for that site, in that market, at that time, under those conditions. It is not a forecast and not a representation of what will happen for you. Outcomes vary with the industry, the competition, the state of the site, and the nature of the problem.
General information, not tailored advice
Articles, guides and other material published on this site are general information about how search works. They are written without knowledge of your site, your market or your circumstances, and should not be treated as advice specific to you. Acting on general information without checking whether it applies to your situation is how sites get broken.
Nothing published here is legal, financial, tax or accounting advice. For those, consult a qualified professional in your own jurisdiction.
Accuracy and currency
Search changes constantly. Material on this site is written in good faith and believed accurate when published, but may become outdated without notice, and no undertaking is given that it is complete or current. Check the date on anything you rely on.
No affiliation with Google or other platforms
EliteITBD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by Google LLC or any other search engine or platform named on this site. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products concerned.
External links
This site may link to sites operated by other people. Those links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. EliteITBD has no control over the content, policies or availability of external sites and accepts no responsibility for them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EliteITBD is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this site or reliance on anything published on it, including loss of traffic, rankings, revenue, data or business opportunity. Your use of this site is at your own risk. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
