Send a short message with your domain and roughly when the decline started. I read every message myself, and you will get an answer from me rather than from a sales process.
What to put in the first message
The more of this you include, the more useful my first reply will be. None of it is required to get an answer.
- Your domain
- Roughly when traffic or rankings fell, even if only to the nearest month
- Whether you have Google Search Console set up for the site
- Anything that changed around that time: a redesign, a migration, new content, a plugin, a host
- What has already been tried, and by whom
What happens next
I look at the public signals I can see without access to anything, and tell you what I think is going on and whether it matches a known update. If it looks like something I can help with, I will say what the work would involve. If it does not, I will say that too.
Please do not send passwords, admin logins or Search Console invitations in a first message. If access is needed later, we will set it up properly.
